Not the right fit or finish? Exchange your piece for store credit or a different design of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and certification.
Lifetime Gold Exchange
Beyond 7 days, we offer lifetime exchange on the gold value of any Carat Story piece toward a new purchase.
Customised Pieces
Made-to-order and personalised items are final sale and not eligible for exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
